What's to Eat: Stir-Friday!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - For those still looking to keep their New Year's healthy eating resolutions, stir-fry may be an option to get something new in your diet.

Paul Newell, a General Manager at Genghis Grill, joined us to talk about how stir-frying can allow you the flexibility to not only eat healthy but eat food you like.

It's easy to customize and substitute if you don't like something or want a healthier option. For example if you are trying to cut out red meats you can easily get chicken instead of steak. Or if you do not want meat at all you can strictly use your favorite veggies.

See Newell's stir-fry tips by clicking on the video.

You can watch "What's to Eat" every Friday morning on Sunrise.

Thank you @MitchellJermyn for inspiring the title of this story.
