TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) — A FLASH FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Gadsden, Decatur, Grady, and Seminole Counties until 3:45 PM.
4" have already fallen in some locations and at least 2" are expected to fall before the warning expires.
Be aware of low lying areas and locations around lakes, rivers, and streams.
