TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A few brief, light showers are possible this morning especially closer to the coastline while the cold front drags south of the region. By later this afternoon, we'll be talking about more sunshine and warming temps with highs in the low 70s. Skies will become mostly clear tonight and temps will dip into the mid 50s. Expect more sunshine early tomorrow with skies clouding up later in the day with comfortable temps in the upper 60s. It'll get muggy into Friday morning as another low pressure system greets the region. This one will track right over north Florida and south Georgia bringing widespread rain chances and a few isolated thunderstorms throughout the day. Temps will stay in the low to mid 60s all day long until the system passes early Saturday morning and temps drop to near 50°. The weekend looks dry and cool with the a spotty shower or two possible early Saturday morning and then clearing skies heading into the afternoon. Winds shift out of the northwest and temps stay cool only in the upper 50s for highs. A weak high pressure ridge sets up for the beginning of Sunday with temps in the mid to upper 30s. By Monday, it'll stay cool with temps in the low 40s in the morning and breezes picking up. Highs will get into the mid to upper 50s.
