TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Day 3 of fog, drizzle and mist heading your way. Just another dreary day in the Sunshine State and south Georgia. Temps don't move much throughout the day courtesy of all the clouds insulating the region. We start off in the mid 50s and will get near 60° this afternoon. Tomorrow, a quick moving system will move in providing for some good-old fashion rainfall in the afternoon for our area, especially for our Florida communities. Temps will start off cooler in the mid 40s as we filter in cooler air out of the north. Highs will struggle to get into the mid and upper 50s. This system will move through and high pressure builds in clearing our skies by late Thursday and early Friday. Expect plenty of sunshine to begin your weekend, though Friday morning lows will be in the mid to upper 30s. Low 60s by the afternoon with blue skies. A chilly Saturday morning with lows near the freezing mark but by the afternoon it'll be pleasant and quiet in the mid to upper 60s. Another quick system sweeps through Sunday which could cause for a few hit or miss showers, but don't cancel any weekend plans quite yet. Highs will be in the upper 60s. Mid 60s for your MLK Jr. Day and to start your next shortened work week.
