TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another chilly start this morning with temps plunging into the low 40s and upper 30s. Sunshine comes back in full force today and that'll quickly boost temps to the mid 70s. Overnight, high pressure moves slightly east of our region allowing for slightly more moisture to scoot in from the Gulf allowing for milder temperature readings in the mid 40s. Mid 70s can be expected tomorrow afternoon. Then, temps really jump as an onshore breeze takes hold allowing for temps to stay in the low to mid 50s overnight while temps get into the upper 70s and low 80s through the weekend. The daytime warmth may even be record-breaking. A cold front will advance into the southeast sparking a few scattered storms Monday. Temps will stay in the low 70s due to increased cloud cover. Mostly sunny conditions return for your midweek with above average temps still looking likely.
