MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The usual development of afternoon showers and thunderstorms have caused locally heavy downpours and occasional lightning. The scattered action is mainly moving to the northeast and should diminish in quantity and strength as the night approaches. A humid night is forecast with a clearer sky and lows in the middle 70s. Not much change in the pattern is foreseen for Wednesday, as winds will be light from the southeast, and a few hours of sunshine will cause some clouds to bubble up and produce more spots of rain and thunder by the afternoon. Forecast highs are in the lower 90s. Minimal adjustments to this pattern are expected through this week; the weekend may be slightly drier because of west to northwest winds in the region.
