MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The cloudiness is spreading and thickening over the region this evening and through most of Wednesday, but the bulk of the shower action will wait until an area of low pressure scoots into the northern and eastern Gulf later Wednesday.  Nighttime lows will level off around 40°, then possibly rising a bit before sunrise as the overcast sets in.  Moisture ahead of the disturbance will translate into light showers for coastal sections, increasing inland through the morning hours.  Rain totals will be generally light, one inch or less, with only a slim chance for an isolated thunderstorm.  Highs will be in the 50s to near 60°.  Showers depart by later Thursday morning with a clearing trend to follow.  Temperatures will remain slightly below average through Friday.
