MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A cold start to our Thursday morning is a sign of more fall-like weather to come this weekend as high pressure is setting in, dominating the wind pattern at the surface. No longer are winds being pulled from the south, rather from the west/northwest. This will allow our lows to stay in the lower 50s to upper 40s tonight and our highs for Friday will be in the lower 80s (at or slightly above average). The drier air will mean less fog forming so morning commutes wont be as troublesome for Friday morning. No rain chances in the extended forecast as well. For the weekend, highs in the lower 80s and lows in the lower to mid 50s. As we venture into the middle of next week, a slight slow warm up is expected but not forecast to be anywhere near the 90 degree mark as of last week! Have a terrific Thursday!
