TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another cold start with temps near the freezing mark. Our Suwannee River Valley community is under a freeze warning til 9 am for widespread frost. By this afternoon, winds will turn off the Gulf and conditions will be fairly pleasant with temps in the mid to upper 60s. Tonight will be much milder with temps only bottoming out in the mid 40s as our next front approaches. A few sparse showers are possible waking up Friday morning, but most folks will just see some clouds around. By the afternoon, it'll be another pleasant day with highs reaching the mid 60s. Winds shift out of the northwest as the front passes and that'll usher in cool air to begin the weekend so bundle up heading out for any Friday night fun. Lows will be in the mid 30s by Saturday morning. Though plenty of sunshine will bump up the temps into the mid 60s. Most of your Sunday looks dry as well. Heading out to church, temps will be in the mid 40s and by the afternoon we'll flirt with the 70° mark. A few showers are possible heading into the evening, especially for our Big Bend and southwest Georgia communities. Rain chances increase for everyone overnight into Monday morning. Expect scattered showers early on Monday. Starting off the work week, temps will be mild only in the low 50s and we'll only get back to near 60° for a high. Showers will linger until the early afternoon and then the breezes pick up on the backside of that system. Another cool start Tuesday morning with temps in the mid to upper 30s and then another wave of low pressure moves in from Mexico by Wednesday giving us more rain chances midweek.
