MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Another scattering of late-day and early-evening showers, rain, and occasional thunderstorms is included in the outlook. Locally heavy rain or briefly intense storm gusts are possible, especially south of the state line, but overall coverage should remain in the isolated category. Clouds will break into areas of clear sky overnight with seasonably warm lows in the low and mid 70s. The seabreeze will kick off for scattered showers and thunder Friday afternoon with highs reaching the low to mid 90s again. Feels-like readings will surpass 100° in the early and middle afternoon. Over the weekend, a weakening cold front will break the overall higher pressure pattern and allow additional shower and rain coverage, along with a few embedded thunderstorms.
