MIDWAY, FL. (WTXL) -- A cold front passed us last night, though the noticeably cooler temperatures won't be felt until after tonight. A high pressure building near over the eastern portion of the country will keep us mostly sunny for a few more days.
Tonight, our skies will stay fairly clear with calm winds. Those conditions, plus the cold front from last night, will help our temperatures drop into the mid 50s! That's right, we're getting a taste of fall in the overnight to early morning hours. A sweater may be necessary when leaving for work in the morning.
After a cool Monday morning, the afternoon should feel pleasant and seasonal, with highs in the lower 80s and very low humidity. Skies will stay virtually cloud free for much of the day.
Monday night and Tuesday will be similar to what we feel tonight and tomorrow...lows in the mid 50s with highs in the lower 80s. Skies are expected to stay mostly clear and sunny with a few clouds passing in the afternoon. Rain is still not expected in the forecast.
