MIDWAY, FL (WTXL) -- Last night's cold front left us sunny skies and almost seasonal feeling weather for Saturday. Average highs for this time of year peak at 76 degrees. Our highs this week won't be that cool, but we will be staying below the mid 80s.
Tonight, we'll start the evening with clear skies and light winds. By the early morning hours, our skies will be a bit cloudier and will stay like that through the rest of the day. Overnight lows drop to the lower 50s for much of the area.
Sunday will warm up to the upper 70s, close to 80 degrees for the area with a light easterly breeze. The easterly winds will work to bring in a little extra moisture which will help keep our skies partly cloudy for the day. Sunday night is shaping up to be similar to what we'll see tonight...partly cloudy with lows in the lower 50s.
The rest of the week has highs hovering right around 80 degrees with a chance for scattered showers beginning Wednesday.
