MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- A frontal system will continue to push through the region overnight Saturday into Sunday and then a general clearing trend will occur. Sunday will feature more northwest winds which will usher in another round of Winter temperatures.

Waking up on Sunday, skies are forecast to be partly cloudy with morning temps ranging from the upper 40s to mid 50s. The coolest of these temps will be in southwest Georgia with the warmest readings across the eastern Big Bend and the Suwannee River Valley. The afternoon wont feature much warming, even with the abundant clearing that is expected. Northwest winds will dominate and they will usher in the colder air preventing temperatures from reaching the 60s across the majority of the local area. Rain coverage is less than 20% and all of the rain should end before noon.

The new work week will feature lows in the lower 30s and we have the potential to see sub-freezing lows as well. Highs will range in the mid to upper 50s through Thursday. By Thursday, some rain may creep back into the picture, but as of now, coverage looks low.
