TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- The rest of your Memorial Day weekend looks hot, but also sees the return of rain chances. No rain for the rest of your Saturday, but we stay warm heading into the overnight hours only falling into the mid to upper 60s. High pressure moves off the eastern seaboard causing some instability to return by the afternoon allowing some scattered thunderstorms to bubble up especially in Tallahassee and points eastward. Temps soar once again into the low to mid 90s. On Memorial Day, temps start off in the upper 60s and return to 90° by the afternoon once again with the rain threat ramping up as well. Expect about a 40% coverage of some summer-like thunderstorms. The rest of the work week sees some isolated rain threats and temps still pushing above 90° each and every day.
