MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Stagnant pattern of cool & drier days/nights has a quick break for Saturday due to the winds. Winds out of the west are helping highs across the region to reach the mid 80s in Tallahassee, which is above average. A cold front is approaching the area and will move through later tonight, which will drop our highs only slightly (upper 70s - lower 80s) as winds shift to come out of the northeast for Sunday. Rain chances will not increase ahead of today's front so no need to bring an umbrella. Highs don't fluctuate much after Sunday, staying in the lower 80s, but an approaching Gulf disturbance may help to increase the rain coverage, if only slightly for midweek, due to the high pressure system building into the eastern U.S. for midweek. After Wednesday, highs look to drop back into the lower 70s with still, sunny conditions. Lows in the lower 50s. Enjoy your saturday.
