Yesterday Tallahassee reached 97 degrees. Today will be another day of temperatures in the mid 90s but feeling more like 100 degrees.
This afternoon we are expecting one system to drop down some energy into the atmosphere in our forecast area that could spark some thunderstorms especially in the western portions of our viewing area. There is still a 40% chance for isolated storms across the entire region.
Tonight storms will most likely be over by 11:00 pm and we will be left with another warm, muggy evening with temperatures in the mid 70s.
This sticky, hot pattern will continue all week long.
