MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Thunderstorms have been heavy this afternoon as a slow moving cold front helped bring them in. Into tonight and Wednesday morning, the cold front will move east of the region, helping to diminish the activity, though not completely. Into Tuesday morning, expect morning temperatures to be in the low to mid 70s. Afternoon highs will likely jump up to the lower 90s as sunlight returns, with partly cloudy skies. Rainfall will still be possible, due to the nearby front, and also moisture moving in from the northeast, partly due to what was one "Tropical Storm Julia." Rain coverage will be around 30%.
The pattern repeats for Wednesday, with rain coverage possible in the afternoon at 30%.
