TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) --

High pressure will continue to slide to southeast throughout this weekend. Some of the ridging will prevent any fronts from moving in, but it increase the chance for some showers and thunderstorms over the weekend.  Today will be mainly dry with partly cloudy skies and a high of 88. Rain chances bump up to 30% for Saturday and Sunday. Monday looks partly sunny with a 20% chance of showers and a high of 90. Tuesday will be some of the same. The next front to actually move in will be next week on Tuesday/Wednesday. We will see mostly cloudy skies with showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday. Dry and sunny conditions return on Thursday with a high of 83.

Have a great weekend!
