TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A cold start to end the work week with temps in the upper 20s and low 30s with wind chills--or the "feels like" temps--dipping into the low to mid 20s. Bundle up heading out the door this morning. By the afternoon, it'll still be cool but at least the winds will ease up. Highs in the low 50s. Another cold night ahead as high pressure continues to build into the Southeast United States. Temps fall back into the upper 20s, but at least there won't be that pesky breeze. Afternoon temps on Valentine's Day actually don't look half bad. Low to mid 60s should be expected. But this is a short-lived mild air revival. Another dry cold front edges through reinforcing the cold and breezy conditions. Expect temps to dip to the low to mid 30s by church-time Sunday morning with wind chills in the 20s. Sunday afternoon will be slightly cool with that new high pressure system over the region, but it'll be bearable with temps in the upper 50s. Monday starts off cold once again with temps near freezing, but an impending frontal system with actual rain chances moves in later in the day which will bump temps to the low 60s by the afternoon. Rain moves in late in the day with widespread rainfall expected on Tuesday with temps in the 50s all day. Wednesday, we begin to clear out and temps look chilly in the 50s again for highs.
