MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Areas of high pressure off the Atlantic coast and over the Gulf in the upper atmosphere will maintain rain-free conditions through Sunday, and keep temperatures rising above average. Light southerly winds will also add moisture to the area, creating just a bit more noticeable humidity values. The moisture will eventually translate into developing showers and isolated thunder by Monday morning as a cold front approaches. However, rain and storm intensity decrease drastically. Another set-up for rain and cloudiness forms after the middle of next week.
For this weekend, highs will reach the lower 80s inland, mid to upper 70s at the coast. Lows will be mainly in the 50s.
