MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The weekend will kick off with a clear sky through Saturday morning and cool temperatures bottoming out around 40° just before sunrise. A wave of moisture from a disturbance in the western Gulf will scoot to the east, spreading some cloudiness across the northeastern Gulf and the Big Bend area. These clouds are likely to limit the amounts of sunshine by afternoon and cap highs in the upper 60s, but the vast majority of showers should remain near the coast and into the lower Suwannee River Valley late Saturday through Sunday morning. Clearing is expected later in the day, followed by a warmer afternoon Monday and Veterans Day. Rain opportunities are limited next week, dependent on the approach of the next cold front into the Southeast later in the week.
