TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) — Saturday has started off with partly cloudy skies, but the showers and storms will join in soon enough.
A front is inching closer and closer from the north and as it does so, it will allow for another scattering of activity mainly throughout the afternoon.
Isolated storms could be strong with the main hazard being gusty winds. Frequent lightning and heavy downpours can also be embedded within storms.
The activity won't allow temperatures to climb as high into the 90s as we've been used to, giving us a much needed break from the heat.
The rain will diminish into the night, leaving us with scattered clouds.
Any outdoor plans should have a backup!
