MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
The heavy rain threat has ended, as the low-pressure disturbances have left the region to the northeast. Lingering clouds are forecast this evening, and the leftover moisture combined with falling temperatures will lead to areas of patchy fog overnight. Lows will bottom out right around 50° with a few cooler pockets possible. Once the fog lifts and diminishes later tomorrow morning, we’ll get in on a good deal of sun with high pressure overhead for a day. We’ll also experience warming with highs well into the 70s with a light southwest wind. Another cold front will enter the Deep South, but it will be very weak and not able to cause more rain. More settled weather is forecast for the remainder of this work week.
