We continue to lean more toward a late-spring or early-summer pattern, just without the widespread late-day storms or oppressive humidity levels. We have daytime temperatures that are more common for June with high pressure nearby, allowing readings near 90 degrees. Tonight, we'll see temperatures fall into the lower 60s with a few spotty clouds. Friday, we rise right back to where we were, in the upper 80s and lower 90s. Partly cloudy sky is expected, with perhaps an isolated afternoon shower or brief thunderstorm. There won't be any major changes through the weekend, except for a weaker version of the high-pressure system allowing a little more favorability for afternoon and evening scattered showers or storms.
