TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Chief Meteorologist Casanova Nurse appeared at the weekly luncheon of the Rotary Club of Tallahassee Wednesday afternoon. The gathering, at the FSU Alumni Center, informed attending Rotary members and guests of the basics of the Atlantic hurricane season, insight into various patterns and global features that drive different amounts of tropical cyclone development, and preparedness tips and advice.
An estimated 100 people were present at the gathering.
