TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The below average hurricane activity continues in the Atlantic. As we enter into the last month of hurricane season, it's worth pointing out that climatologically speaking, only 5% of all hurricanes form in November. So, it's safe to say that the season is calming down. At this hour, there are no tropical cyclones expected to form over the next work week.
