MIDDLEBURY, CT (CNN) - New police dashcam video shows troopers in Connecticut rescuing a 23-year-old man trapped inside of a burning car.
Police in Middlebury arrived at the scene of a crash on Interstate 84 on Tuesday. They found the car burning on the side of the road. A passerby stopped and helped the troopers pull the man out.
The man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Two troopers had small cuts on their hands from a broken window.
There is no word on what caused the crash. But the driver was ticketed for not maintaining his lane. Police say he was also driving on a suspended license.
