POINT BLANK, TX (KTRK/CNN) – Seven months after being battered by Hurricane Harvey, part of this Texas community must rebuild again.

A possible tornado raked the Point Blank area on the banks of Lake Livingston on Wednesday. The community is located about 80 miles north of Houston.

"The next thing I knew, the barbecue, the chairs and everything were flying and I heard all the noise of everything moving upstairs,” Pamela Combs said.

The family had just finished rebuilding from Hurricane Harvey’s fury in August when this week’s storm ripped open the roof of the family’s home.

Neighbor's homes were severely damaged too.

An initial investigation by the National Weather Service says the damage appeared to be caused by a powerful downburst of wind.

But some residents said they saw a funnel cloud.

The cleanup and rebuilding will start again.
