(CNN) – Do you really know how much time you spend on social media? Do you want to know?

The answer to that question is coming soon to a platform near you, courtesy of Facebook and Instagram.

On Wednesday, the two companies rolled out new features on their mobile apps to help users better manage their time on social media.

The features break down time spent on each app on a daily and weekly basis.

Users can also temporarily mute push notifications and set reminders to tell them when they've reached a self-determined cut-off time for the day.

You can find these controls under the “settings” section called “Your Tim on Facebook.” To use this tool on Instagram, go to “Your Activity.”

The tracking tools aren't yet available yet on desktop, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram's IGTV app.

Also, the features track time separately for each device you use.
