On Saturday night, the St. John Paul II boys basketball team took down Pensacola Catholic 85-51 to capture their first district championship in 11 years.
The win for the Panthers was their 24th overall and 14th in a row.
Up next for St. John Paul II, a regional semifinal which they will host on Thursday night.
