TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - Over Christmas break, North Florida Christian stand-out Caylan Jones hit career point number 2000. On Thursday, Jones was recognized for the stellar achievement.
The milestone was reached in five seasons, as she started playing varsity in 8th grade. This year, Jones is averaging over 25 points per game, but she's quick to give the credit to everyone else.
"It's a great accomplishment and I'm lucky I was able to do it with the people that I'm with," she said. "To have this accomplishment and to have this honor, it's really amazing."
