TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida State volleyball team swept their third straight opponent on Wednesday afternoon as the Seminoles topped Clemson. Head Coach Chris Poole called it one of the most complete matches that FSU has played this season.
"I felt for the most part we were very consistent during our play. There was a lot of things offensively we were able to run and we’ve been working very hard on our defense and that showed today.” said Poole.
The Seminoles will look to build off this performance as they get ready to close the regular season on Friday against in state rival Miami.
“It was important for our confidence and for our chemistry heading into Miami,” senior Katie Mosher said. “It was an extremely tough match in Miami, they took us to five sets and it’s good to see us building off this past weekend and play a good, clean, full match.”
