TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - For the Rattler volleyball team, the chance to win a Conference Tournament title begins this weekend.
FAMU heads into the Conference Tournament as the Southern Division champs. they'll face Morgan State in Quarterfinal play Friday, and the team likes their chances heading in.
"We knew we were never a complete team in the past, this year we're playing more as a unit, acting more as a unit," said head coach Gokhan Yilmaz. "I think that's going to make a big difference and taking one game at a time. Our focus is Morgan state, first match we need to play, and then we'll see what happens after that one."
If the Rattlers win, they'll play in Saturday's Semifinals. The Conference Tournament Championship game is set for Sunday.
