TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - The Florida A&M men's basketball team entered Tuesday night's match-up with North Carolina Central red hot, winners of four straight after Saturday's blow-out win over North Carolina A&T, who sits second in the MEAC standings.
Their streak continued Monday, as the Rattlers downed North Carolina Central 73-57 to win their fifth straight game, improving to 7-2 in MEAC play.
Justin Ravenel led the effort with 25, while Kamron Reaves wasn't too far behind, scoring 23 of his own.
The Rattler women lost 64-57. Both teams return to action Saturday when they host Howard.
