TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Florida State University confirms that they're cutting positions within the athletics and Seminole Boosters.
While the university has not confirmed which or how many positions are being cut, they say they will likely comment on the matter sometime Friday.
Rob Wilson, a spokesperson for FSU Athletics, sent the following statement Thursday afternoon:
“We have eliminated some positions within both Athletics and Seminole Boosters. Out of respect for our employees who have just been notified, we will not comment on this matter until some time tomorrow.”
