TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - On the eve of the semifinals of the ACC women's soccer tournament the league announced that Florida State's Dagny Brynjarsdottir was named the conference offensive player of the year.

Brynjarsdottir is the third Seminole to claim Offensive Player of the Year honors as she joins past recipients Mami Yamaguchi (2007) and Tiffany McCarty (2009). The senior captain currently leads the Seminoles in points (29), goals (13), shots (61) and game-winning goals (4).
