TALLAHASSEE, FLA. - After more than 6 months ,a non-profit that had to leave the Centre of Tallahassee has now found another home.
The Sharing Tree is back in Midtown and Sunday they played host to a preview of what the organization has to offer.
It's new Mission is to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, and collaborative problem-solving while nurturing children, families, communities, and the environment.
"There is a need for this in the community and as a non-profit you have to ask that question, what does your community need? We built it at the mall, they turned it into a state building. That's OK we can overcome that but we knew we needed to, we had 500 families in two months over there once we built that space," said Carly Sinnadurai the Executive Director.
Sinnadurai said they will open officially in the next coming weeks, and there are only a few spots left in their summer camps which begin June 3rd.
