WTXL ABC 27 is seeking a highly creative and motivated Production Coordinator to draw viewer attention to WTXL’s news, web, and mobile platforms by crafting high-quality, attention-grabbing commercials, promotions, and public service announcements in a fast-paced, progressive and modern broadcast environment.
The ideal candidate will be involved in all areas of producing and editing commercials, promotions, public service announcements, and other special projects, including script writing, shooting/editing video, post production, and creative consultation with clients. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic production team. A positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of design, and the ability to thrive with a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines are essential.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a commercial production setting. Must have experience with Adobe AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro or similar NLE software. Must have strong experience with writing, shooting & editing projects independently, as well as knowledge in lighting, audio recording and graphics creation. Experience with 3D animation, Edius and Wide Orbit preferred.
