Erick May, 34, was arrested by Leon County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday.

Tuesday night, LCSO responded to a vehicle burglary in the Crossway Road area. When deputies arrived on scene, they were told May had shot at the vehicle owner when he chased May down the road.
