Tallahassee, FL (WTXL) -- As election night is coming to a close, here is a preview of what is happening on the Florida ballots.

The Governor race will be a close one with current Governor Rick Scott running with Carlos Lopez-Cantera as the Republican candidate against Democrat Charlie Crist and Annette Taddeo and Adrian Wyllie and Greg Roe on the Libertarian ticket.

Charlie Crist's campaign has filed an emergency motion to extend voting by two hours in Broward County due to voter confusion and malfunctions.

The 2nd district congressional representative seat is on the ballot with a tight race between Democrat Gwen Graham and Republican Steve Southerland.

Republican Pam Bondi, Democrat George Sheldon and Libertarian Bill Wohlsifer are running for Attorney General.

Of the three constitutional amendments, No. 2 Medical Marijuana is a hot topic that could bring major changes to the state of Florida.

In Leon County, the one cent surtax extension is up for renewal. It is expected to pass, according to Leon County's elections site.
