TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee women found guilty of prostituting a child for 13 years had her sentencing pushed back.
Celeste Chambers was found guilty of one count of human trafficking by a parent, legal guardian, or person with custody along with four other counts.
Monday in court the judge granted the hearing of two motions, which includes a motion for a new trail and a motion filed against jury misconduct.
The prosecution explains why they pushed back the sentencing.
"We want to delay sentencing, so that we can address those two motions, before we do sentencing so that the defense will not be deprived of their D day rate," said Anna Norris, Felony Division Chief in Leon County.
The motion hearings and sentencing will be on Feb. 11 at 2:30 p.m.
