TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department arrested Tamara Wilson on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Wednesday, November 15.
Police were dispatched to a disturbance at Continental Avenue after a caller indicated a woman was holding a knife to a man's head.
When officers got to the scene the suspect, victim, and witness were arguing. Officers separated all parties involved.
Reports say Wilson and the victim, Ronard Ivery, met over an online dating site. Wilson had been visiting Ivery's home, for the last 2 nights.
The pair had gotten into an argument over where the remote was and Wilson began to get angry. Wilson started yelling and Ivey told her to leave his home.
The witness claims that as Ivey was removing Wilson items from his home when Wilson grab a large knife from the kitchen and threaten to stab Ivey.
Reports say Wilson poked the victim with a knife a couple of times and then held it to the back of Ivey's head. The witness wrestled the knife away.
Wilson was arrested and taken to the Leon County Jail.
