(WTXL) - Texas A&M University's board of regents are meeting Thursday and Jimbo Fisher may be on the agenda.

While it's not official, regents are expected to talk about the school's football program. Officials say the purpose of the meeting is to discuss personnel issues relating to the program to include the appointment of a new head coach.
According to the Associated Press, coach Kevin Sumlin was dismissed after six years on Sunday amid circulating rumors that Fisher would be taking a position with the Aggies.
However, a press release didn't mention discussion on any specific coaches.
In fact, officials say the issue could be discussed in a session closed to public.
