VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Valdosta police discussed the possible reasons behind the crimes in their city and ways to prevent them.
Valdosta has lately been faced with a rise in crime, ranging from armed robberies to vehicle break-ins to homicides. Valdosta police officers are saying it's going to take the community as a whole to reduce the rise of wrong doing throughout the city.
Lt. Adam Bembry says the Valdosta Police department will continue searching for ways to increase safety and decrease crime in the community.
