TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Bryon Massey will have a case management hearing on May 16th.
Massey is being held in the Leon County Jail without bond on charges of murder.
Leon county deputies say Massey's DNA matched with the DNA received at the crime scene in late January.
Detectives discovered Massey was wearing a GPS monitor around the time of the homicide.
The monitor revealed that Massey was at the crime scene on January 28th and returned to the scene two days later.
