TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Investigators have declared that the shooting on Rankin Avenue on Monday was a homicide.
A full-fledged investigation into the shooting, comes after the Tallahassee Police Department released new details about a shooting that left one man dead on Rankin Avenue.
Police said that they have spoken with several witnesses after a shooting on Rankin Avenue on Monday.
They said witnesses to the shooting on saw a car leave the scene with it's headlights off after they heard gunshots. Witnesses were unable to provide a description of the car.
Officers have continued to investigate the incident after 48-year-old George Bess was found dead following the shooting.
