LOWNDES CO., GA (WTXL) - A tractor trailer fire has the right two lanes of I-75 southbound closed near mile marker 24.
According to the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office, a tractor trailer caught fire near mile marker 24 on I-75 south just after noon Wednesday.
Fire officials were dispatched to the scene shortly after the report of the fire.
Georgia State Patrol is not reporting any crashes in that area.
It is unclear at this time what the truck was carrying or if there are any injuries.
