TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department ruled the Antonio D. Randolph Jr. case a homicide.
Police say Randolph Jr. was found in the area of Glenda Drive and Pepper Drive by a passerby at about 2:25 a.m. Tuesday, October 10.
Randolph passed away from his injuries.
