TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Fire Department warning residents about what not to do when getting those turkeys ready this Thanksgiving.
The department held a demonstration today showing what could happening if you have a mishap while frying a turkey and how to avoid a potentially dangerous situation.
Fire officials also saying residents need to make sure they are cooking on a level surface and to never leave your fryer unattended.
