TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Volunteers and Staff with the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross will be going to the Carolinas to assist with Hurricane Florence Disaster Relief efforts.
Two volunteers and the Emergency Response Vehicle will be leaving Wednesday morning to go to South Carolina to await assignment.
The Executive Director of CACARC says they have sent about eight other volunteers that will be working in shelters with more expected to go in the coming days.
